Consul WebsitesCities, counties and districts

A city website your staff can run.

A website platform for local governments, with agendas and meeting packets, the city code, alerts and calendars built in. Staff without technical training keep it up to date, and it's built to WCAG 2.2 AA.

One site for staff, the council and residents.

Set up with your departments, pages and meeting bodies.

Easy for staff to edit

Staff edit pages in a plain editor, with no code. Changes go to an approver before they're published, roles set who can edit what, and every sign-in takes two steps.

Agendas and meeting packets

Staff add agenda items and attachments, and the system builds one accessible packet PDF. Agendas and minutes archive automatically on your retention schedule.

The city code online

The municipal and development code, searchable on any phone. Residents ask questions in plain English and get answers from the code with citations. Staff add ordinances themselves.
